The employees are all very nice and super helpful at explaining the work your vehicle needs. Very honest and don't try to upsell you on everything. Actually take the time to figure out what could be wrong instead of just wanting to replace everything immediately. They even went and towed my truck from a bad mechanic shop to theirs even though it was quite far away. Also very reasonable prices in the quotes they gave for possible needed repairs. Their kindness and honesty was really appreciated in our stressful time.

The body shop owners are very friendly and helpful. Repairs from a deer hit were made in a timely manner. We also had them fix issues unrelated to the collision while it was there, and we had the loaner. The loaner vehicle was nice and clean, and they also offer towing. Will go back again.

These guys are excellent... I hit a deer doing 55mph at 6am. Lots of damage... A Clintonville police officer stopped by to assist me. Very helpful and professional... He contacted Steinke. They showed up to tow me in only minutes. The tow driver gave me a ride to their garage. Minutes later I was in a loaner car. Less than two weeks later my truck was ready. Couldn't be happier. Quick, efficient and friendly Again, perfect quick service. Were able to take care of scheduled oil change and diagnose and get me a quote on an upcoming repair without being asked to do so. Will continue returning as we have been for years.
